Meet Lady Ife
She did not choose this work by accident.
A practice shaped by curiosity, compassion and a deep belief that people are more than the pain they carry.

The Story Behind Nurturing Core
For as long as she can remember, Lady Ife has been paying attention to people. Not just what they say, but what they do not say. The pauses. The patterns. The things families carry quietly for years.
Some families were full of warmth. Others carried something heavier, a kind of quiet pain that nobody had the words for. She watched people she cared about live through hurt they could not explain and repeat patterns they did not know how to stop.
It stayed with her. Somewhere along the way, paying attention became a calling. She wanted to understand why people hurt, why they sometimes hurt others and what it actually takes to break the cycle.
So she studied the mind. Then she studied the heart. Then she learned that the two are rarely separate.
Nurturing Core was born from one simple truth: hurt people hurt more people. The pain spreads into relationships, families, workplaces and the next generation.
“Let’s fix the hurt before you begin to bleed on those who did not hurt you.”
Nurturing Core exists to help people become whole, not perfect, not without scars, but whole.
Her approach
She does not just listen. She helps you see.
Lady Ife’s approach is diagnostic. She believes that what you are feeling today often has roots in something deeper, a pattern, a wound, a belief or an experience you may not have connected yet.
Her work is to help you make those connections. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself well enough that the way forward becomes clearer.
She blends psychology, coaching, therapy and counselling into one practical, human approach. Sessions are honest, warm and focused. You will be heard, but you will also be challenged. Gently. Respectfully. With your growth at the centre.
What guides the work

- 02Hurt people hurt more people.
- 03Healing is not a straight line.
- 04You do not have to earn your way to peace.
- 05Connection is everything.

Beyond the session
When she is not in a session.
At her core, Lady Ife is a lover of people. She is curious, warm and genuinely invested in the stories people carry.
She is also a speaker, author and content creator who has spent years making mental health feel less clinical and more human. Her work online reaches people who may never sit across from her, but still need to hear that what they are feeling makes sense.
