Couples and family therapy

Some things are too heavy to carry into your relationships.

You did not get into this relationship to feel alone inside it. You did not build this family to feel like strangers under the same roof.

Somewhere along the way, things shifted. No matter how many conversations you have, you keep ending up in the same place. That is not a sign that love is gone. It is a sign that you need a different kind of support.

Who this is for

This is for you if...

Whatever the situation, if there are two or more people in the room and the pain is shared, this is the right place.

  • You keep having the same argument and nothing truly resolves.
  • The distance between you has grown so quietly that you are not sure when it started.
  • Trust was broken and you want to heal but do not know where to begin.
  • You are preparing for marriage and want to start on solid ground.
  • Your family is going through something and everyone is feeling it differently.
  • You love each other, but loving each other no longer feels like enough.

How it works

A space where everyone gets to be heard.

Couples and family therapy at Nurturing Core is not about deciding who is right. It is about creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard and understood, and where real change becomes possible.

Lady Ife and her team use a structured approach to uncover what is really driving the tension, not just the surface arguments. From there, we work together to rebuild communication, restore trust and create healthier patterns.

Sessions are available online and in person. We go at your pace.

Take the next step together

The relationship you want is still possible.

Reaching out is not an admission of failure. It is one of the bravest things a couple or family can do.
